John Kluthe is the owner of Kluthe Environmental Solutions (KES), LLC, a conservation planning firm based in New Jersey. He has more than 20 years of experience working in federal and state conservation programs and is an NRCS Certified Conservation Planner and Technical Service Provider.
John specializes in conservation planning, Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMPs), Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs), soil health planning, and conservation planning in support of agricultural transition to organic production. He works with farmers, conservation organizations, and USDA-NRCS to develop practical, science-based conservation solutions that improve soil health, protect water quality, and support the long-term sustainability of agricultural operations.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in agronomy from Missouri State University and a Master of Science in forestry from the University of Missouri. He is committed to advancing the Technical Service Provider profession through collaboration, technical
excellence, and practical conservation planning.
