Nick Cuchetti is a Conservation Agronomist, Certified Crop Adviser, NRCS Technical Service Provider (TSP), and agricultural real estate professional specializing in regenerative agriculture and land-focused property services.
He holds a degree in Soil Science from the University of Missouri and has spent his career working at the intersection of agronomy, conservation, and land transactions—helping farmers and landowners improve soil health, protect water quality, and increase the long-term value of their land.
Alongside his wife, Sara and daughter Lakely, Nick co-owns and operates Oaklee Rose Farms and Show Me Pastures, a regenerative livestock operation producing grass-fed beef and pastured poultry sold directly to consumers in the St. Louis area.
Nick is driven by a simple goal: to help farmers, ranchers, and landowners build profitable, resilient operations while caring for the land for future generations.
